1. When Does The Company Collect My Information, Including Personally Identifiable Information?

Registration. We attempt to minimize the amount of personal information collected on TrainingHalls.net and its affiliate sites. When you register, the Company asks for your e-mail address, a user selected user name, and other information. Once you are a registered user you can update your profile and may be able to provide additional preferential information. However, we make a concerted effort to only collect information relevant to the site's focus. In the case of TrainingHalls.net and its related sites, the information collected is primarily related to your martial arts school and not to any individual personal information.

IP Address. An Internet Protocol (IP) address is unique string of numbers that is assigned to your computer by your Internet Service Provider. Web servers automatically identify your computer by its IP address. We will use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server and to administer our site. Your IP address also may be used to gather broad demographic and geographic information for advertising and other purposes. We currently do not collect IP addresses as part of its primary service, but third party applications may.

Cookies. A "cookie" is a small data file that can be placed on your hard drive when you visit certain websites. We currently do not use cookies with our primary service (other 3rd party services however may). These cookies do not enable third parties to access any of your personally identifiable information. Additionally, be aware that if you visit other websites you may be required to accept cookies. Advertisers and partners may also use their own cookies. We do not control use of these cookies and expressly disclaim responsibility for information collected through them.

Links to Other Sites. The Company Sites contain links to other Web sites. The Company is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such Web sites. The Company Sites may also link to web sites that feature Company trademarks and names along with trademarks and names of other companies. You should look at the privacy policy on that co-branded Web site, as the co-branded Web site may not be under Company's control.

Information from Other Sources. For reasons such as improving member experience and providing customized communications to our users, the Company may receive information about you from other sources and add it to the information that we have received from you.

2. How Is My Personally Identifiable Information Used By The Company?

Customized experience. The Company gathers relevant to the primary purpose of the site. In the case of TrainingHalls.net and its affiliate sites, this information relates to your martial arts school. Our customized experience, then, focuses on providing you, the martial arts school representative with tools to adequately manage and update your information. Our customization efforts focus primarily on these functionalities and will not diverge without due notice.

E-mail. If you register with our site, from time to time, we may e-mail you with informative messages about our services or third party products and services we believe may be of interest to you, such as new features and services, special promotions and updated information. The newsletters may contain code that enables our database to track your usage of the newsletters, including whether the email was opened and/or what links (if any) were clicked. We will combine that information to other information we have about you and may use that information to improve your site experience and/or provide customized e-mail communications to you.
